Week 10 Another frame and the final section of keel.

The keel is finally completed now. I'll let it dry thoroughly
and start fitting the frames next week.
The frame 28 went together easily, but I'm not sure why they made it
in 2 pieces. Some of the frames were split into 2 pieces, and
this seemed to be to keep the wasted wood down to a minimum.
Obviously not the case on this occasion.
